A week ago David and I made the drive from Salt Lake City to San Diego. We moved all our stuff in David's parent's astro van. It was great because we didn't have to pay for a moving van. It sucked because only the rear air conditioning worked. The rear air conditioning is right at the very back of the van. Look at the picture below. See how stuffed the van was? The a/c couldn't reach us up at the front. We drove through the hottest of hot without being able to have cool air.
Baker let us know it was 113 degrees Farenheit.
Eating an orange so we can be sticky and hot.
We turned on the a/c for a few hours hoping some of the air would be able to make it's way through our stuff up to us, but all it did was waste gas.
On the bright side, San Diego weather in August is fantastic though!
